This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased from DENT REST TOOTH PASTE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Dentrest,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). This Policy is governed by and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Service and Sale.

1. Shipping Methods and Dispatch

1.1 Shipping Carriers: We utilize reliable third-party logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary carriers include:

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • India Post (Speed Post)

1.2 Order Dispatch Time: We typically process and dispatch all confirmed orders from our warehouse within two (2) to three (3) business days after payment confirmation. Dispatch times may be longer during peak promotional periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Cost Liability: Any applicable shipping costs are clearly calculated and presented to the customer at the time of checkout and are payable by the customer upon placing the order.

2.2 Non-Refundable Nature: Shipping costs are non-refundable. This cost will not be returned to the customer even if a product refund is approved. The only exception is when the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect product shipment), in which case the original shipping fee may be reimbursed.

3. Delivery Timeline and Delays

3.1 Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time within India is generally 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. This time frame is an estimate only and may vary based on the destination address, courier service performance, and local conditions.

3.2 Liability for Delays: Dentrest is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier service, unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, governmental delays, or other events of force majeure. We will, however, assist You in tracking and resolving issues with the carrier to the best of our ability.

4. Order Tracking and Support

4.1 Tracking Information: Once Your order has been successfully dispatched, we will send You a tracking number via email and/or SMS, allowing You to monitor the status of Your shipment directly through the designated carrier’s website.

4.2 Delivery Issues: If You experience an issue with delivery (such as excessive delay, damage upon receipt, or missing items), please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or actual delivery time, whichever is earlier.

5. Risk and Title Transfer

5.1 Risk of Loss or Damage: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to You, the customer, once Dentrest delivers the products to the designated shipping carrier.

5.2 Transfer of Title (Ownership): Title (ownership) of the products transfers to You when full payment for the order is received by Dentrest and the product is successfully dispatched from our warehouse.
